COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS
In accordance with Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act, MILUNE j.d.o.o. allows all Customers to submit complaints by mail to the company’s address or by e-mail. MILUNE j.d.o.o. will notify the Customer of the receipt of the complaint. MILUNE j.d.o.o. will respond to all remarks and complaints no later than 15 days from the date the complaint was received. In accordance with Article 10, paragraph 5 of the Consumer Protection Act, MILUNE j.d.o.o. will confirm receipt of the written complaint and then respond to it. The Customer must provide accurate contact details in order to receive a response to the complaint.
