MILUNE j.d.o.o. will notify the Customer of the receipt of the complaint. MILUNE j.d.o.o. will respond to all remarks and complaints no later than 15 days from the date the complaint was received. In accordance with Article 10, paragraph 5 of the Consumer Protection Act, MILUNE j.d.o.o. will confirm receipt of the written complaint and then respond to it.
